Why is the edge feature not working for me? I'm trying to mirror the edges so the shakes look good, but it only seems to add the mirror edges at the sides, but not top and bottom. How can I fix this?

First time fighting Delirium and as you can see I'm not the best with... bombs, especially scatter bombs. (I quite literally lost 5+ hearts due to my own bombs, never picking up scatter bombs unless I'm immune to explosions or I git gud)
