I'm trying to make my own Sims 4 challenge integrating a spinner and need some ideas for it!

As the title says, I want to make some spinners for my homemade challenge. However, I don't have a lot of ideas bouncing in my head right now. I need major and minor event ideas. It's kind of inspired by the Decades Challenge.

Something major, for example, would be a tornado happening and therefore you'd have to get rid of your house and start over.

A minor event, for example, would be the adoption of a pet!

Any sort of ideas would be well appreciated, though! General events, Major events, Drama, anything! I just need to spice up my gameplay, lol.
