Suicidal thoughts

I've been brought up to 60mg over the course of 4 weeks (OCD) which is the dose it seems my psychiatrist is going to keep me at for the forseeable future, and am starting to experience pretty dark suicidal thoughts and other things such as life not being worth living. It's also become harder and harder to achieve orgasm, was my dosage brought up too fast and will this dissipate? 18M 175 5'10", if it matters
