What's the most humiliating mistake you've made as a result of findom?

I'll go first. One time I accidentally bought a domme a gift card using my corporate credit card because it was saved in my Google wallet. I had to go to the accounting department and have them deduct it from my paycheck. Fortunately it was an Amazon card so it didn't look too weird but it was Amazing NL and I'm American... Felt like a total idiot.
