Wanna move to germany

Hi. I am a 5th sem CS student and I want to apply for German scholarships. I'm not an extraordinary student and my cgpa by the end of my degree will probably be around 3.5-3.6. Can someone help me and suggest how can I start preparing myself for scholarships abhi se? Will it be tough? And do scholarships offer accomodations and if not Kya scene hai as a female student and how much money do I need?.I want to pursue the sub-field of AI or Data science btw.
