Your "elevator speech" (a short succinct thing you've prepared to say when asked about your life)
My life consists of a lot of kitchen work, grocery shopping, meal planning, rebounding, brain shot making, cleaning up after meals (you know the drill if you are doing MM protocols!:)). So I am kind of at a loss when friends and family and even my adult kids, ask me what I've been up to or what I do in a day! I don't really know how to respond.
I do read a fair amount, walk outside, study MM books, podcasts, lives but most of my family aren't open to hearing about MM. In fact one of my adult kids said it makes her feel guilty if I share about MM foods and healing tools.
So my question is what do you guys say when asked about your life? I would love to hear if you have an elevator speech for yourself around this issue. (Many of you probably have work outside of your MM life so you don't have to explain much there, but I don't have a work life other than working on healing chronic illness.) I have regular FaceTime sessions with family and we go around and share a bit about what we've been up to and I feel stumped in a way. I try to just listen to what others are up to but sometimes I'm put on the spot.
I'd love to hear what suggestions you have!
Thank you!
