Suggestions of places to read vows

Eloping in Grand Rapids! Any suggestions for free places to exchange vows? Maybe some parks or just beautiful places in the area?

We aren't picky with places but can't seem to come to a decision. Just looking for a place with our officiant and 2 witnesses (to make it all legal and cheap!)
