Question on glass tile backsplash
I'm doing a renovation and I'm currently having my kitchen backsplash done. The same people who tiled my bathroom (they did a great job) are the ones doing my backsplash. I noticed on the edges of the glass tiles, it appears to be cut jagged. The installer says that the paper on the back of tile is ripping or scratching when the cut the tile. They have now re-done these areas twice with the same results. These are high quality tiles that cost around $34 a square foot. They are using a wet saw to cut the tiles and have changed out the blade to a brand new blade. I believe they are just going to caulk around the edges to try and get a better result. The rest looks awesome but the corners are rough. Is there anything else we can be doing and am I being too picky?
