It is DTX Exchange a scam?

I've done a lot of research on this for quite some time now, and although there's a lot of skepticism around it, we're getting closer to the go-live date. Recently, I came across articles on MSN and Yahoo Finance, which I tend to trust a bit more for financial news. However, I know I’ll hear a lot of people calling it a scam, so I’m wondering if anyone here thinks it’s worth considering as a potential investment — even if it's just a risky play.
