Apple Installment BPI CC

hello po, planning to buy an iphone thru installment po by using my brother's cc. may offer po kasi ang DW na 0% interest if bpi/ub cc. However ang cl lang po ay 30k, would it be possible to purchase one po? I'm able to make a downpayment of the remaining 8k na rin naman po. I''ll also be the one to pay the installment po. My worry as well ay nabring up po ng brother ko na may 3% interest ang bpi cc every month but I don't understand how it works
