My interpretation

Key: -Mural is color-coded to align with Harley text. -Each underlined Harley text includes symbol to identify alignment in mural. -Question Marks denote less-certain alignment.

Yellow: Humans, Sun Red: Fire, Flame Green: Forest, Breath Purple: Moon Blue: Explained below: . . . . 1. Will of D. - The 'people of the halfmoon' have to be the progenitors of the Will of D. Also, the word 'Dawn' is what many people think the D. will be. I also highlighted Dances, Demons, Death, and Darkness, as other words in Harley that start with D, but the connection those have to Will of D. is less likely. 2. Meeting Again - So far, this is the 5th direct reference in the series to the phrase "we will/will never meet again." Bink's Brew mentions the phrase at the end of the song in the original Japanese. Kuma says this to Luffy on Sabaody right before he smacks him off to Amazon Lily. Oden overhears the Sea Kings say this on the Roger pirates way back from Fishman Island. Gol D. Roger says something similar about Joy Boy in his speech on Laughtale. 3. Void - most likely a reference to the Void century because I believe the original Japanese uses the same word for void here as when describing the void century. 4. Voice - Possibly a reference to the Voice of all things. I'm less sure of the connection this has in the original Japanese.

Other things to note: - I'm operating on the assumption that 'God of the Sun' is Nika. That character on the left looks like Nika, which is why I labeled it as such. However, I know 'God of the Sun' could also be Joyboy. - There is only one sun, different from the stars, in the mural. It's being clutched by a giant demon, which is probably bad. There's also only one clear moon in the mural. There are other 'satellites' obscured by the text boxes, but I think it's intentional to highlight what is most likely the actual Moon. - The character on the right really looks like current day Imu, but that can't be possible right? That would make him super old. Harley is pretty clear that there are slaves, presumably to gather the 'forbidden sun', in 'the First World', so that part of the mural that matches the description must be depicting the ancient past.

I have a lot of other little bits of theories, and confusion about abstract shapes and mysterious characters in the mural, and vague and ambiguous language in the text. I'll add to those if I have any ideas until the next find.
