Concealer recs for dry undereyes?? That are not Tarte Shape Tape or Nars Radiant Creamy

My undereyes are EXTREMELY dry no matter what I use. I’ve tried nars radiant creamy concealer and tarte shape tape and they both look really bad and crease. help! also i have combination skin and the other half of my face is super oily so any recommendations are welcome
