How to redeem 24 later packs/carry stubs over?

I just booted up 25 and I can't figure out how to redeem my "later" packs from playing 24 diamond dynasty. I'm also not sure if you can transfer your stubs over? I can't find anything online so if anyone could help I'd appreciate it
