23F, India, GMAT FE 595 STEM Background 3.4 GPA Work experience of 1.5 years (engineer) in a US based company (5k-10k employees). Good leadership experience with leading team of 20-25 engineers) Additional solid experience with the client side roles and field visits as well. Good international experience. Volunteer initiatives Decent extra curriculars in college (club head, hackathons, TA, etc)

2 other internships during my college days. (4 months and 6 months each) one in a government organization and other in my current company.

I know my scores are low but is there anything I could do to offset it? And what colleges would be ideal for me and which ones could be competitive? Any help would be very helpful thank you!
