Should I tell my parents about my suicidal thoughts

Now that board exams are over ,for me , muje ni krni engineering aur jee , I am really suicidal I have no friends and I don't want to do this anymore.my brain feels heavy.its all too much and I want it all to end. Ab me kya kru pls btado koi .
