My iga is high after 8 years gluten free?

I’ve been having a lot of abnormal symptoms lately that reminded me of how I felt in pre diagnosis when I ate gluten. A very specific stomach pain, gerd flare ups, iron and other vitamin deficiency, hormone imbalances, nausea, ibs, migraines, acne, hair loss, trouble eating, extreme bloating, etc. after running some tests my Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA came back high! My vitamin all came back low and b-12 was really high despite not eating meat or taking a supplement. My endoscopy was normal but ct showed thickened stomach

However I don’t eat out, I cook all my meals, I check every medication, lotion/body care, toothpaste, etc. almost all my food is certified gluten free besides the products I just can’t find certified but still say “gluten free”. My family brings in gluten sometimes but they know to keep it separate (they have for 8 years). What could possibly be glutening me? Does everything really have to be certified? Any advice?
