I NEED HELP [VERY VERY VERY SERIOUS ]

MY WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE DISTROYED IF I DIDN'T START EARNING THIS YEAR AND I AM NOT KIDDING WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE DISTROYED

Situation is very very serious that I am giving up my jee prep for this

help i need :-

I am not going to ask you what language to learn or what shit do what I just have 3 simple questions

And before that I don't even know how to type hello world or any fucking knowledge of programming

1) what should I know ( from class 11th and 12 or any other things ) before I even touch any language

Basically what basic or what things I should know (for ex semi conductor which is needed what more i should know ? ) before learning any language or any programing because i don't want to get stuck again and again

( i am going to learn web developement for freelancing )

2) which free resources I can use for python , css, Html, and java script Is code with Harry courses good ?? Or any other free resources I can use ?

3) it is stupid question but I am using vs studio

And idk how to use it for any tutorial for this one ???
