Friendshif with my self

Have been diagnosed with Bpd for few years now, starting to love my body was a new concept for my self. Now that all said, I'm slowly learning about the friendship with my self, and I don't know how to or where to start that. How do I love my self so that i could take care of my self like i do for my friends. How do i prioritise my self. I have never done that before without feeling extremely selfish or deep guilt. If any body could help me that would be great. Also i dont have very good communication skills so couldnt explain my self better. Thankyou.
