MRI ask

40F, i went in for a thoracic and cervical spine MRI and when i was looking at the images i noticed that my shoulder areas don’t appear to be the same. Does this look normal? I’ve attached photo with red areas pointing it out. I have been having ongoing shoulder pain in addition to neck pain that has gotten better but the shoulder and shoulder blade pain aren’t going away
